For the low cost of my stay for 1 night, the value is worth it for the wonderful breakfast and free shuttle to the airport. It was about a 10 minute walk from the Keikyu Kamata train station (280 yen one way from Haneda airport). I would advise to only bring a carry on to the hotel since there won't be much space in the hotel room or the train station. I left my check in luggages at the coin lockers in Haneda airport for 600 yen each. There are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby the hotel. Lawson is only 1-2 minute walk away for snacking needs. There's a Don Quijote 6 minute walk away for souvenirs. I reserved a slot in the shuttle days before the trip and when I checked in they confirmed it for me. I ended up being the only passenger in the shuttle. I thought they'd want to fill it up before going to the airport but we left as soon as I went down to the lobby. I was very pleased for the outstanding service during my stay.

- location wise, short 5 mins walk to/from JR Kamata St. or 10 mins to/from Keikyu Kamata St. - many convenient stores such as Lawson, Family Mart, and 7E within a short walk. Plenty of local cafe, restaurant as well. Halal Kebab Doner are located at West Exit of JR Kamata - free breakfast with suffecint variety and healthy - wifi is very well connected, staffs are all very helpful and can speak English well - free shuttle from hotel to Haneda available. Or else, shuttle bus available from both nearest train station. - the bathroom are quite spacious with bidet, and big bathtub. Like the body wash and shampoo.

The room was very small, but perfect for what we need it.we travel with our 5 yo and our 8 yo both parents share beds with kids. It was a night and go. Very close to trains and city and so many little extras were given included in the very small price. Like hair ties mouthwash all sort of creams razors and more. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Like a lot of choice. Even my picky ones found something for them. Very pleased with price and everything.

Staff was so kind and professional. The free breakfast is quite decent for a small business hotel of this caliber - rice, cereal, soup, yogurt, sides, meats, coffee, juices, bread. Enough choice that even a vegetarian like me could find something. Only one pillow was provided in the room, but there is a pillow station where I could pick up an extra. Water pressure is good. The free shuttle was excellent, on time, and smooth.

It was a good stay. Not far from the centre of Tokyo with just 1 train. Very close to Hanada airport with a free transfer available from the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, lots of variety and tasty. The local shops were great good restaurants and takeaway shops. The room was small/cosy but comfortable and clean. Functional bathroom was nice. Overall a great stay for a close to the airport hotel.
